At Inkvasion, we strive to deliver high-quality printed products that meet your expectations. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom Artwork Responsibility
We do not accept returns or refunds for orders where the artwork was provided by the customer.
File preparation and final approval are the sole responsibility of the customer.
It is essential that all files are properly formatted, with the correct bleed and safety margins, and follow print standards.
2. Artwork Created by Our Team
If you request our design team to create your artwork, we ensure:
Files are professionally prepared
Color standards are respected
You approve a proof before production
In these cases, Inkvasion guarantees that your order will be printed exactly as approved.
3. Printing or Cutting Issues
Returns or reprints will only be accepted if there is a proven production defect affecting more than 85% of the printed materials.
This includes significant misprints or cutting issues caused by our equipment.
Proof of defect (such as photos or samples) may be required for evaluation.
4. T-Shirts & Apparel
We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing if the size was selected by the customer.
We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of manufacturing defects, such as stitching issues or print faults.
5. Delivery Delays
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to external factors. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays beyond our control may occur and are not grounds for return or refund.
